Angelina Jolie is now staying at her home in Los Feliz, California, with her six kids. Just like others, she has no film schedules and other commitments to adhere to the stay-at-home order. However, rumors swirl she’s quietly working on a new memoir that she will drop after her divorce from Brad Pitt.
There are claims that Angelina Jolie is now busy compiling notes for her new memoir. A source told New Idea that it might contain the details of how she puts balance on everything she does. Aside from being an actress, the 44-year-old star is also busy on world affairs, charity works, and, of course, parenting.
Angelina Jolie’s alleged memoir
Allegedly, the Maleficent star watched how the likes of Demi Moore write her own memoir. As the 57-year-old actress’s book turns controversial, she believes hers will “blow those out of the water,” the insider said.
“The big challenge is striking the right balance between something meaningful and hard-hitting, without coming across as too sensationalized or bitter,” the tipster added. As Angelina Jolie wants to document everything about her life, it may include her “love life, friends, and enemies.”
“It’ll certainly give her the chance to have her say for the first time,” the source continued to say. So what will it be about? She will reportedly reveal several things about people and other stuff.
Her memoir may also include a rare glimpse of her controversial split from Brad Pitt in 2016. Although she rarely speaks about the issue, she once revealed that she’s coming back to herself after feeling lost.
An open letter to parents
Meanwhile, with the nationwide lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic, Angelina Jolie penned an open letter to parents for Time’s Parents Newsletter. She assured every mom and dad that they are not alone in this time of crisis.
The mother-of-six admitted it’s impossible to get things right all the time, acknowledging everyone’s hardship during this challenging time. “I am imagining how hard each of you is trying to get through your days.”
She wonders how eager they are to lead their loved ones through this challenging time. Brad Pitt‘s former wife star also wants to know how these parents worry, plan, and smile for their kids when their heart is secretly breaking.
Amid the pandemic, she hopes all parents can do everything right, have all their needs, and stay calm and positive. However, one thing that she learns during this tough time is that it’s impossible to do all these things. Angelina Jolie told them they should do their best, as their kids only wanted them to be honest and not perfect.
