A few weeks ago there were rumors that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were working on a bombshell book after their royal exit. The listing of the biography on Amazon confirmed the speculation.
What to expect in Sussexes’ upcoming biography
Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan, and the Making of a Modern Royal Family is the new book about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Royal correspondents Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand penned the biography.
Finding Freedom covers Prince Harry and Markle’s engagement, wedding, the birth of their son and more. It also promised to address the rumors involving the royal couple.
Moreover, it will dispel the speculations and misconceptions plaguing the royal prince and the former actress.
Scobie and Durand have personally worked with the royal couple. They Prince Harry and Markle in their previous engagements.
Finding Freedom is an “honest, up-close, and disarming portrait of a confident, influential, and forward-thinking couple.”
Twitter users find the biography’s title shady
Shortly after Prince Harry and Markle’s biography made headlines, their critics slammed it for its shady title. Many felt that the two were shading the royal family.

The royal family is popular for its traditional protocol. For instance, the female royals need to follow a dress code when attending formal engagements.
They also follow the royal hierarchy when determining the significance of a member. For instance, the monarch is more lenient to Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie because they are way down the line of succession compared to Prince Harry and Prince William.
When Prince Harry and Markle were still living with the royals, the duchess was also a constant target of the U.K. tabloids. Furthermore, the public would constantly comment on her manner of dressing, hairstyle and gestures.
How did Meghan Markle respond to the incessant media scrutiny
In the ITV documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, Markle got candid about her life as a royal. According to Prince Harry’s wife, it was not easy, but she tried to adopt.
She also slammed the false reports about them.
“I never thought that this would be easy, but I thought it would be fair and that’s the part that’s really hard to reconcile,” Markle said.
Just recently, Prince Harry and Markle cut ties with four major tabloids from the U.K. In April, they sent a letter to Daily Mail, Express, Mirror, and The Sun telling them that there would be “no collaboration and zero engagement” between them moving forward.
