OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro may take some time before rolling out. However, reports of leaks and what to expect for these epic smartphones are surfacing online.
With just a few days passed after the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro release, anticipation began to float. OnePlus followers are speculating on what the next flagship phone could bring to the table.
OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro storage capacity
Expectations are high among the OnePlus followers. They believe that the company will continue to take the bold step upping its devices’ RAM. Both the OnePlus 7 series and OnePlus 8 series featured the 12 GB RAM. Users now expect the upcoming line to have the same or even higher amount of storage capacity.
A user review revealed that followers are also anticipating for the quad lens camera. The said feature came with the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro release recently. However, the reviewer hoped that the fourth camera will go beyond the recent launch’ function. The fourth lens functioned as a color filter on the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
Color variation is one area that OnePlus followers are also looking at. Although they have not seen the said feature in the past line up, they remain hopeful that OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 8T Pro will not follow the Samsung trend when it comes to colorways.
OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro display
The curved display became a smartphone norm adding up to the aesthetic appeal of a device. However, there are certain disadvantages that OnePlus followers cited.
First is that the problems encountered with controls near the screen edge that affects some apps. Another concern is the inconvenience that gamers complain while using the onscreen controls of a phone set in a landscape mode.
The said curved display concerns may just be minor to some. Yet they caused the OnePlus followers to wish that the 8T and 8T Pro would be the remake of flat-screen phones.
Fast charging system
As mentioned in the previous reports, OnePlus could be embracing the wireless charging system. The company recently received the TUV Rheinland safety certification.
A leaked photo of a OnePlus fast charging in the works came later than the OnePlus 8 and 8Pro release. The said leaked photo revealed that the sooner 65W fast charger will roll out in the market.
The said photo added substance to the current speculations that the next OnePlus line up of flagship phone will launch with the fast charging system. However, the company still has not released any confirmation when the OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro will launch.
